• Personalized- I take the time to understand what it is you want from the trip and find one that is best suited to what you want.

• Save you time and stress- Let me do the research for you and then, when we work together on the booking, I keep everything organized for you. I make sure you have what you need to travel and don't miss a payment due date.

• Access- I have access to most vendors booking sites giving me a wide range of possibilities to choose your trip options from. Sometimes, the vendors (resorts, cruise line and tour companies) will offer travel agents exclusive promotions for them to share with their clients.

• Destination knowledge- Not only do I undergo training with the vendors, but I partner with destination specialist to offer the best insight for your trips. Additionally, I can draw from my own experience with my travels and that of my many clients as well. 

• Support- Before, during and after your travels I am here to assist you with the fun and the not-so-fun parts of a trip. Situations like pre-travel dining arrangements and shore excursions to unfortunate cancellations or even emergencies. 

• Availability- I often set up client calls in the evenings and weekends making it easy to connect when you are home from work. Additionally, when my clients are traveling, I check in on them and I am available for them should they need me. If I cannot be available, I have trusted colleagues that will be on call. You will not be left to figure it out alone.
