Shelly arranged our cruise to New Zealand and Australia. She did an awesome job of guiding us through obtaining our Visas for each country. Kept us informed of any and all changes made in airline times . Saved us from panic when the airline suddenly cancelled the flight to NZ 4 days prior to departure! All travel documents were completed and in our hands in plenty of time. She absolutely makes planning and management of all the details stress free, on our part. I think she had plenty of headaches.

She also booked our trip through the Panama Canal. Here she smoothly managed arrangements for 6 people ,all of us coming from different states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, California, Nevada and Montana. Wow, just Wow.
